Prices
All prices are based on cost prevailing at the time pf publication of the price list. These can change without notice. However once a holiday has been paid for we will guarantee the price, unless it is subsequently affected by the Government action or other influence beyond the control of AFRICA DESTINATIONS
Reservations
A deposit of 20 percent of he tour costs is required on booking and the balance not later than 25 days before the tour begins. Notwithstanding any prior confirmation arrangements, the right is reserved not to execute tour if payment has not received in accordance with the foregoing.
Cancellations
In the events for cancellations, notice of which must be given in writing, the deposit may be refunded minus the charges for reservations that have been processed, cancellation fees imposed by the hotels/lodges and transporters and any other relevant expenses. If a cancellation received within 25 days of commencement of tour, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total land arrangements will be charged and a charge of 100% if cancellations made within 7 days of commencement. We recommend that you get full trip cancellation insurance.
Rates
Rates include all expenses in connection with vehicle and driver-guide for the itinerary as set out, hotel accommodation with full board table d'hote meals whilst on safari (arrangements are on a full board basis while on safari, unless otherwise stated). All Government hotel taxes, hotel services charges and game drives as applicable to the itinerary, and all entry fees except where these are specifically quoted separately in the price list are included. Not included are any departure taxes, visas, gratuities (other than service charges), beverages, laundry and such other personal expenses. All rates are based on standard rooms or tents unless specified. Triples and singles are not guaranteed. Special room types carry extra supplements.
Accommodation
Wherever possible, we book rooms with private baths throughout on the basis of two person sharing a double room. Single rooms or rooms with private baths cannot be guaranteed. Single rooms are scarce and cannot be guaranteed. Where this occurs, an appropriate refund will be make direct to the client. Hotels, lodges and camps where mentioned, are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at similar hotels, lodges and camps.
Transportations
Safari minivans or four wheel drive vehicles will be provided, according to the route and the number of participants. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors. English or other speaking driver-guides are provided.
Alternations To Tours
The right is reserved to change any route or arrangements should conditions necessitate to offer substitutes of equal value or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour of any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded.
AFRICA
DESTINATIONS and its agents, act only as the agent of the
passenger in all matters relating to
accommodation, meals, tours and
transportation of any type, and shall not
be liable for inconvenience, omission of
service, injury, delay, loss or damage
from any cause and in any manner
howsoever, including weather, machinery
breakdown, labour disputes, civil
disturbances and government orders.
AFRICA
DESTINATIONS is insured against legal
liabilities arising from injuries which
may be incurred by passengers in its own
vehicles, subject only to the jurisdiction
of the Courts of Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda
and Ethiopia. |
